CHIA-HEMP BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

The chia and hemp seeds mixed with the antioxidants of blueberries and goji berries will give you a great start to your day.
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 3/4 cups of almond or cashew milk
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp of dried blueberries
- 2 tbsp of goji berries
- 2 tsp of agave
- In a mason jar or container, pour all ingredients (except fresh berries) and mix well.
- Cover container or jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with fresh berries before eating.
